Hi Sarah, hope you are well. Think you may need to set up you tube account which takes about a minute, then copy the embed code of the video which is on the right hand side of you tube page when the video is on small screen setting. Then go onto your blog, click on new post, add video and then edit html. Then paste the embed code into the post space and click publish post. If this doesn't work have a look on you tube and type in posting a video to my blog
